You’ll be held in a sacred, intimate space where you can safely release old emotions, soften protective layers, and reconnect with the truest, youngest parts of your being. We begin by setting intentions and opening the space with a guided or shamanic meditation to awaken the energy within.

From there, we move into the Breathwork Journey — where rhythm, sound, and intuition support you in meeting yourself more deeply.

We close with grounding, gentle integration, bliss balls, and reflections as you return to presence.

🌀 About Me

I’m a Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator with over 450 hours of training and more than 10 years of experience.

With the shamanic and energetic aspect of my work, I tune into the energy of each participant — guiding and inviting a deeper journey within. This practice transformed my own life, and it’s my honour to hold space for others to experience its magic.

I’m a Professional Member and former Secretary of the Australian Breathwork Association.
